This course teaches you about your body, how to open up muscles and joints to get the most out of your workouts and keep your body in good condition for elevating your game to the next level. We will also be covering ways each area if the body as it relates to volleyball and how to maximize your mobility, strength, flexibility and tips on longevity. Our goal in these courses is to help you understand the functional aspects of your body, maximize your potential and prevent injury.
